In 2003, a group of successful business practitioners from different industries came together with a vision to alleviate poverty, by creating equal opportunities for every Filipino.

Thus started the birth of FERN INC., a SEC-registered company which engages in direct selling and network marketing.

The Company started with its first product, FERN-C, a potent, high-quality Vitamin C supplement from Switzerland. A quality product from FERN partner DSM Nutritionals, FERN-C gained instant popularity and triggered enormous demand.

FERN-C catapulted FERN Inc. from a small business into the billion-peso company that it is today.

Thanks to the tireless efforts of dedicated FERN Members, FERN-C has been the LEADING VITAMIN C in the Philippines since 2006.

In December 2008, FERN-Slim, an innovative weight management product was launched. After only six months in the market, FERN-Slim ranked to be one of the top selling weight loss products in the market.

Meanwhile, 2010 saw the release of two innovative and groundbreaking products: FERNCoffee and FERN i-flex.

FERNCoffee, dubbed the Coffee With More Perks, is the first coffee mix in the market to have eight vitamins and minerals.

FERN i-flex on the other hand, is an all-natural joint health supplement made from rose hip powder which underwent a patented manufacturing process to preserve active ingredients.

From a fledgling company in 2003 with only six (6) employees and a handful of members, FERN Inc., now has over 150 employees and a million-strong network base.

FERN Inc. now offers the average Filipino, through the use and distribution of FERN-C, FERN-Slim, FERNCoffee and FERN i-flex, a potentially rewarding business.
